Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy“) describes rules for the lawful, proper, and acceptable use of the Vizitech website, products, platforms, services, content, systems, and related technology made available by Vizitech USA, Inc. (“Vizitech,” “we,” “our,” or “us“).

This Policy applies to any person or entity that accesses or uses the Vizitech website, engages with Vizitech online services, interacts with the Vizitech Vector Readiness Platform, submits content or data to Vizitech, or otherwise uses Vizitech systems or materials.

By accessing or using Vizitech services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Purpose

Vizitech provides readiness-focused training, simulation, verification, analytics, and governance solutions for professional and enterprise use. To protect our systems, customers, users, and business operations, all users must use Vizitech services lawfully, responsibly, securely, and in a manner consistent with this Policy.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to use of:

  • the Vizitech public website
  • contact forms, demo forms, and communication channels
  • hosted services and online platforms
  • the Vizitech Vector Readiness Platform
  • customer-facing portals, dashboards, exports, and related materials
  • APIs, integrations, and connected services made available by Vizitech
  • any data, content, or materials uploaded to, processed by, or generated through Vizitech systems

This Policy applies whether you are acting as an individual, customer, prospect, contractor, partner, administrator, instructor, learner, or organization representative.

3. Lawful and Authorized Use

You may use Vizitech services only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate business or organizational purposes. You may not use Vizitech services in any manner that:

  • violates any applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental requirement
  • violates any contractual obligation or duty owed to another party
  • infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights
  • exceeds the scope of permissions or access rights granted to you
  • interferes with the normal operation, integrity, or security of Vizitech systems

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Vizitech services to do, attempt to do, or facilitate any of the following:

A. Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Activity

  • violating any applicable law or regulation
  • committing fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
  • impersonating any person or entity
  • engaging in harassment, abuse, threats, stalking, or intimidation
  • transmitting defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material
  • promoting violence or unlawful conduct
  • using Vizitech services in connection with unlawful surveillance or unlawful data collection

B. Security Violations

  • attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data
  • bypassing authentication, permission controls, rate limits, or other security measures
  • probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without written authorization
  • introducing malware, ransomware, spyware, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful code
  • interfering with service availability, performance, or reliability
  • launching denial-of-service attacks or similar disruptive activity
  • intercepting, accessing, or monitoring data without authorization

C. Misuse of Content, Data, or Systems

  • scraping, crawling, harvesting, or extracting content, data, or outputs by automated means without written permission
  • copying, reproducing, or republishing protected content except as permitted by agreement or law
  • using Vizitech services to create or support a competing product through unauthorized extraction or reuse of proprietary materials
  • submitting false, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate information
  • uploading content that you do not have the right to upload, share, or process
  • attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code, models, or protected logic except where expressly allowed by law and not waivable

D. Abuse of Platform Features

  • using the platform in a way that is misleading, abusive, or outside intended enterprise use
  • manipulating scoring, verification, readiness outputs, or evidence records
  • tampering with audit records, logs, approvals, thresholds, rubrics, or version controls
  • bypassing governance workflows, approval requirements, or customer-configured controls
  • using unauthorized workarounds to alter readiness claims, evidence outputs, or platform records

E. Interference with Others

  • disrupting another user’s access or experience
  • sending spam, chain messages, or unsolicited bulk communications through Vizitech systems
  • overloading systems with unreasonable or abusive traffic
  • using shared resources in a way that materially degrades service for others

5. Restricted Content and Data

You may not upload, submit, store, transmit, or process through Vizitech services any content or data that:

  • is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or defamatory
  • contains malicious code or harmful payloads
  • invades privacy or confidentiality rights
  • includes personal data collected or disclosed without proper notice, rights, permissions, or lawful basis
  • includes sensitive personal information unless clearly authorized, necessary, and permitted by applicable law and contract
  • violates export controls, sanctions, or other legal restrictions
  • is designed to disrupt, manipulate, or corrupt system behavior or outputs

Where Vizitech solutions are configured to process enterprise training, verification, or operational data, customers remain responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and legal basis to provide such data to Vizitech.

6. Account and Access Responsibility

If you receive credentials, access rights, or administrative privileges for Vizitech services, you are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • restricting access to authorized users only
  • using your account only as permitted
  • promptly notifying Vizitech of suspected unauthorized access, misuse, or security incidents
  • ensuring that users under your control comply with this Policy

You may not share login credentials except as expressly authorized.

7. Customer and Administrator Responsibilities

Organizations using Vizitech services are responsible for:

  • assigning appropriate roles and permissions
  • maintaining lawful instructions for the use of personal data
  • configuring workflows and governance controls appropriately
  • monitoring authorized use by their personnel and users
  • ensuring that uploaded content, rosters, telemetry, and related data are lawfully collected and provided
  • managing internal notices, permissions, and approvals required for their use case

8. Privacy, Data Protection, and Governance

Users must not use Vizitech services in a way that undermines privacy, data protection, security, governance, or auditability. This includes attempting to:

  • access data without authorization
  • remove, alter, suppress, or falsify audit trails
  • bypass retention, deletion, or policy controls
  • misuse role-based permissions
  • convert learning-only signals into unauthorized proof claims
  • use optional sensitive data categories without proper authorization and lawful basis

Where features involve verification, evidence outputs, or governance controls, users must follow applicable customer policies, contractual requirements, and Vizitech instructions.

9. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

Users must respect Vizitech’s intellectual property rights and the rights of others. You may not use Vizitech content, branding, documentation, software, or materials in a way that infringes, dilutes, misappropriates, or violates ownership rights.

You also may not upload content that violates another party’s intellectual property, confidentiality, or proprietary rights.

10. Monitoring and Enforcement

Vizitech may monitor use of its website and services as reasonably necessary to protect security, integrity, users, legal compliance, and business operations. Subject to applicable law and contractual commitments, Vizitech may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

If we believe that a user or organization has violated this Policy, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:

  • issuing warnings
  • removing content
  • suspending or restricting access
  • disabling accounts or credentials
  • blocking IP addresses or integrations
  • preserving records for investigation
  • notifying the applicable customer or account owner
  • reporting conduct to law enforcement or regulators
  • pursuing legal remedies

Vizitech may act immediately where necessary to prevent harm, protect systems, preserve evidence, or comply with law.

11. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, unauthorized access, misuse of Vizitech systems, or a suspected security incident, please contact:

12. Relationship to Other Terms

This Policy is in addition to any applicable:

  • Terms of Use
  • Privacy Policy
  • customer agreement
  • data processing agreement
  • statement of work
  • order form
  • security addendum
  • administrator or platform-specific terms

If there is a conflict between this Policy and a signed agreement with Vizitech, the signed agreement will control to the extent of that conflict for the applicable services.

13. Changes to This Policy

Vizitech may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date shown above. Your continued use of Vizitech services after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
